Hi, I have heard of Lily for years through the community, but never had the honor of meeting her until Sunday the 9th at Vickory, RUN for Lily. It was amazing at all the support and just love in the air. My 9yr old daughter and I got one of her CD's and we have played it non stop since. I lost my sister to cancer 6 yrs ago at the age of 39. She was also an amazing person. I miss her everyday. Lily you are here for a reason, and I think we all know what it is. Sometimes in our busy schedule we forget to stop and just enjoy life and be greatful for all we have, and that's what you did for us. Thank You, We will continue to pray for you, God has a plan for us all. God Bless, The Catons

I have been a Labor and Delivery Room Nurse my whole 23 year career and say a special blessing for the life of every child I help bring into this big incredible world of ours. When I was in Nursing School at Georgia Baptist School of nursing I did my pediatric rotation on the oncology floor at Scottish Rite now CHOA. All of the patients I cared for were faced with the diagnosis of a terminal disease and for many of them the disease started in utero(neuroblastoma)...so they were already advanced in the disease process before they were even born. I didn't have any children of my own at that time, but would spend countless hours playing with all the sweet little children that I met during my time on their unit and then afterwards as well. I had a very difficult time conceiving myself and it took me over 10 years to finally have a baby of my own and then I was blessed with not one but three amazing little ones at to be born at the same time! Thankfully, my now six year old triplets are all happy and healthy...but I do realize that we are truly blessed because many kids who develop cancer are fine one day and then next day wake up with a vague symptom and find out it's cancer then they begin that overwhelming roller coaster ride of a child diagnosed with any type terminal disease, especially cancer. Before my triplets were born, I lost my granddaddy(Dennis) prostate cancer @ 96, my only aunt (Jane) liver cancer @ 43, and my Mom(Sue) oral cancer @54. They were not children, but they were my life as I come from a very small very close knit family. My triplets keep their memories alive for me every day! They want to get involved in helping kids who are dealing with cancer as they have lost the bulk of their family to cancer and want to "Pay it Forward" like their hero Miss. Lily Anderson! Can you please let us know what we as a family can do to help support these amazing kids who are in a battle for their precious lives. We send $ regularly to the American Cancer Society in hopes of one day finding a cure for cancer, but we were looking for a really great hands on project to show our support for these amazing children. Can you point us in the right direction on how to get more actively involved? We also have a cousin(Faith age 13) struggling with Mitochondrial Disease and a little friend(Jackson age 10) who was diagnosed with cancer at 8 months of age who is now cancer free and has been for several years. The two of them like all of the children here on your website continue to inspire us every day! Thank you for any ideas you might have on how we might "pay it forward" and give back to some incredible little children in our community. My trio was born at 29weeks so they began life in a different kind of struggle and thankfully all three did very well. We count this blessing every day and feel for parents who wake up every day wondering just how they are going to make it thru the day! Thanks so much for any reply and any ideas you might have on any projects that we could do as a family to show our love and support of these amazing Kingdom Kids! What your organization does daily is incredible(words simply can't describe) and such a gift for these families! Please let us know how in some small way we can get involved and help too! Have a wonderful day full of life and joy! Most sincerely yours, Katherine Hallowes, RNC and Mom to Adelyn, Miller Brayden, and Christian Hallowes 6 year old triplets who just started kindergarten and want to "Pay it Forward" This is the place they have chosen to do just that if you can just show us a way to get involved! Thanks again so very much for what you do. What an Amazing Job you all have!

I have followed Lily's progress from the beginning. I met her years ago through a mutual friend. I am relieved that she is on the way to recovery. I have two businesses...first a Real Estate Agent and second a Travel Agent. I would love to help grant the wishes of the children mentioned above. If I can help plan and/or organize any of the vacations mentioned in their stories please call or email me. I specialize in Disney Travel, but have booked "every" type of vacation. I can try and use my connections to make things happen. I will be at Lily's run, and hope to see everyone there. As always, my thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
